How It Works
My Approach
Drawing on evidence-based and traditional natural medicine, I will develop an up-to-date treatment plan using safe and effective natural remedies.
I will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle, which is an essential part of the process.
Whether you are new to the concept of healthy eating or have been eating a healthy diet for years, I'll meet you where you're at.
And as part of your initial consultation fee, you will receive a digital copy of my 80-page recipe ebook to empower you to take action. It is full of nutrient-dense, easy-to-prepare, delicious recipes for everyday meals.
Consultations
An initial consultation takes 90 minutes. I will start by making a full assessment of your medical history, current health, diet and lifestyle. Where relevant, diagnostic testing will be requested to help identify what's going on.
I will explain everything in detail and ensure your treatment program addresses not only your current symptoms but also the underlying cause. I am happy to work with your doctor or healthcare team.
A follow-up consultation will then be scheduled to monitor your progress and make changes if required.

Online appointments
Online consultation fees are the same as in person consults. However, contact time during an online appointment is 15 minutes shorter in duration. This allows me to finalise you treatment plan, email you documents and organise any therapies you need after the consult.
