I was born to be a Naturopath

As a child I saw a naturopath, whose holistic approach relieved my symptoms greatly.  In my young mind, I decided I wanted to grow up to be what he was! However, naturopaths were not common in the '70s and this memory slipped away.

I studied and worked as an accountant for a decade, but as my interest in natural medicine grew stronger, my early inklings of becoming a naturopath returned.

In the '90s I commenced studies to become a naturopath. This feels like a very long time ago now, and for the last 21 years I have been embedded in all things health!

I opened my first practice in Perth in 2003, where I supported people reclaim their health and vitality using diet, lifestyle and natural medicine. I love what I do, and my passion for evidence-based natural medicine has grown with my experience.

My clinic is based in Cowaramup (WA) where I see people from Cowaramup, Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton, Vasse and beyond. I also see a good proportion of people online.

I live in WA's beautiful South West region with my partner. When I’m not in my clinic, I love to swim, do yoga and qi gong, garden, hike, camp, travel and spend time with my partner, family, friends and dog, Bonnie.

"What I most appreciate about Helen as a Naturopath is her dedication and commitment to her field and to you, her client, as well as her extensive knowledge base. She listens, carefully considers the best treatment approach for you, explains and shares her knowledge, always providing you with resources, and provides continued support. She does not follow a 'cookie-cutter' approach. Ingrid
