Cancellation Policy
I have a strict cancellation policy.
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, and is therefore is no longer available to others. I respectfully ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice (longer if possible) if you are unable to attend your appointment to avoid a "50% of consult fee" cancellation fee.
For initial oncology appointments, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice (longer if possible) if you are unable to attend to avoid a "50% of consult fee" cancellation fee.
