COLD AND FLU TEA

 

  • Juice of a lemon

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 clove raw garlic

  • 1 cm grated raw ginger

  • 2-3 cloves

  • Raw chilli (if your brave!)

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

 

Pour 1-2 cups of boiling water over the ingredients. 

Drink while hot, sipping slowly. 

Allow to steep further whilst drinking.
