BAKED SALMON - QUICK AND TASTY!

                                   

  • 200g of fresh salmon (per person)

  • 2 teaspn grated fresh ginger

  • 2 teaspn sliced fresh coriander

  • Fresh chilli to your desired heat! (remove seeds)

  • 1 tbspn soy sauce or tamari

  • Juice of 1/2 orange

  • 1 teaspn sesame seed oil (optional)

 

Place fish in small baking dish.

Sprinkle over ginger, coriander and chilli. Pour over sauce (enough to have roughly a centrimetre in the base of the dish).

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 -25 minutes.  Serve with salad or steamed veges.
